Our vision is to brand our name with only the best that professional boxing has to offer, bring the enthusiasm from fans that boxing once generated, and create thenew legends of the ring for the 21st century!Behind The Gloves envision a “life after boxing” for its professional fighters. It is our hope to develop a Boxing Union for all professional fighters to partake. The opportunity for fighters to achieve a high level of success in and outside the ring is very important to us. By offering a way out of the sport, we hope to avoid unnecessary tragedies and heartache of these warriors.MISSION STATEMENT The mission of Behind The Gloves is to set the benchmark for professionalism, integrity, and prestige in boxing management and promotion, providing our family of world-class athletes with every opportunity to achieve personal and professional success. Our goal is to enrich the lives of peoples of all cultures, languages, and ethnic backgrounds in a brotherhood of world peace and understanding.
